Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: CosmicVibe provides astrological and spiritual content for entertainment and personal growth purposes only. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any cosmic insights
• Results and interpretations may vary based on input data and astrological methodologies
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the App

Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at purchase
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refund policies as outlined by the App Store or Google Play
• Price changes with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CosmicVibe at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
